Fleet version: 4.62.0

Web browser and operating system: Any

💥  Actual behavior

When successfully deploying a CSP profile that applies User (vs Device) settings, it gets stuck in verifying for a long time before eventually failing.

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a CSP profile scoped to User settings (not Device) to a team with a Windows host
  2. Verify it gets applied to the host
  3. Observe the OS Settings status gets stuck in Verifying for a very long time and eventually fails.

🕯️ More info (optional)

Osquery can now verify CSP profiles that apply on the device level #24790 but they still fail for profiles that are scoped to user settings.
