Feature Request: Backup of installed flatpaks - if wanted with snapshots

Describe the feature idea in detail

I suggest adding a function to the multiple selection function where you could save a backup file containing either only the references of the selected flatpaks or also snapshots of them.

This file could then be imported into another installation or at a later time.
All flatpaks in the list would then be installed (if they are not already installed). Furthermore, all snapshots contained in this file would be restored. If a flatpak was already installed, you would be asked whether the snapshot should still be restored.

The advantages of this function would be manifold. For example, you could set up your PC again much more quickly after a reinstallation. You could also save a lot of time if you set up several PCs with the same or similar configurations.
