Flathub has an alternative channel called flathub-beta (https://flathub.org/beta-repo/flathub-beta.flatpakrepo) which could be used to provide builds of the next 0 A.D. version when it is in the RC state.

@baco, no worries - this isn't a duplicate. It's merely a more specific scope which the other issue encapsulates.
