[Dev UI] Markdown & Code Rendering for Traces

We can render media (out of necessity - base64 can be huge) for traces. However, we do not have viewing capabilities for other rich data such as markdown, code, json, etc.

This requires a bit of thought as to how it will work smoothly.

We know anecdotally that developers return deeply nested structured responses that they would like to render back. We should consider that out of scope for this task, but can consider it when designing the soution.
