"Transferring data" link in README.md is Dead (old github repo) #67

The link in the howto section for Transferring data between servers points to the old repo and it's wiki which are now unavailable. The relevant page can be found on the internet archive at https://web.archive.org/web/20201029013239/http://help.getferdi.com/server/transfer and this might be a better link to use for the time being.
