Expected Behavior

When you click on the button on the top right of a video all, it should transfer into your browser.

Actual Behavior

When I click the button, it opens a chat transfer link but it's a black screen and nothing loads.

Steps to reproduce

In google chat or gmail chat, click on a person, click start a video call (not create video link), they answer, you click on the top right 'open in browser' type link, and it opens a transfer link in browser, but black screen.
