Expected Behavior

Visit client.meshtastic on a Windows device with Bluetooth capability.
This service connects to an external Bluetooth (or serial) device and displays messages from that device.
In a chromium browser, when the "+" is clicked to add a new device, and the "New Device" button is pressed in the Bluetooth tab, a browser popup appears to permit pairing with a Bluetooth device.

Actual Behavior

I added a custom service for client.meshtastic.
When the "+" is clicked to add a new device, and the "New Device" button is pressed in the Bluetooth tab, no popup appears to permit setting up the Bluetooth connection.
The same is true for the serial permission/selection popup.

Steps to reproduce

See expected behavior.
