A subset $U\subseteq X$ is locally-basic open, if for each point, it is of the form $D(f)$.
Then the inclusion $i$ of this subset has affine fibers and therefore induces an isomorphism on cohomology
$H^k(U,F)\cong H^k(X,i_*F)$
