Using SAM to detect particles in a cluster #805

I have this image and I want to study the number of particles present in each cluster. I first tried using Matlab functions but it failed for the clusters part. Then I tried yolov5 but soon realised it would be too much extensive and too much efforts. Someone suggested using SAM but I have no idea how to use it to detect the particles present in clusters
