Hi @usmonabdullaev, this seems to be a current open problem as you can see in both #13721 and #13727.
The suggested workaround is to use:

yarn create react-app new-app

instead of the npx command, or you can try this if you need to keep using npm.

Also this error was fixed by Guilliermo in #13732 by following a tutorial and installing an older React version.

Hi @usmonabdullaev, I don't know if you were able to solve the issue but I made a template that works with React 19 and has other deps already configured. You can find it here.
