As a visitor
I want to have the registration form in my language
so that easily register

Description

The form is available in EN/FR/NL/DE but not the skills. They are always in English. We want them to be available in all languages

Solution

As we don't update skills, we could turn their names into localized string for now

Definition of Done

The skills are localized in all languages on the registration form
