Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Feedback: We would love to see an extra check box with Active on MM.

Describe the solution you'd like
Once registered, rebel can provide more details. The first one would be their Mattermost nickname, if they are active on Mattermost. Could we also directly provide the invite link to Mattermost?

Describe alternatives you've considered
Adding it by ourselves to internal notes.
