Make it possible to track when co-presenting with other people.

This should allow adding both team-members and external speakers. Could we reuse Contacts to track the non-members, @tulak ?

It's possible, we can make a polymorphic association.
There is one question about permissions. Should the co-speaker be able to edit talk details with the permission TALKS_MANAGE it's just an information?

It's just an information. The Talk is generic. The co-speaker might be allowed to edit EventTalk.
