No way to get pipelines list used in search before search in Auto

Description
Now we don't have ability to get initial pipelines list without running search in
AutoWhy is it drawback? For example, user has large dataset, so he needs to run search (which will take a lot of time) to get info about default
etnapool.Thoughts
We can add method for this purpose.
Additionally: There is a problem with hyperparameter tuning, before search we don't know about resulted pipelines.
