To reduce dependency bloat, we should drop reliance on ethpandaops/xatu.

Currently, contributoor relies on...

  • pkg/output
  • pkg/network
  • pkg/proto

Its likely many of the pkgs/* will need to be extracted out of xatu. While doing so, things like clockdrift could also be extracted and then re-used across xatu services and contributoor.
