The goal of the FMA document is to ensure project teams understand the importance of a Failure Modes Analysis (FMA) and know how to complete a thorough analysis.
In order to create an FMA doc, we can use this guideline doc: https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/design-docs/blob/main/security/failure-modes-analysis.md
