This is split from the issue #705 (GPT helped me to split it from the issue thread :D)

Problem:
Current actions in the sidebar duplicate VS Code functionality, are contextually misplaced, and don't align with VS Code UX guidelines.

Tasks:

Identify global vs. contextual actions.
Move global actions (e.g., "Open Dashboard") to the panel toolbar or context menu.
Ensure only contextual actions (e.g., "Optimize Slug") remain in the sidebar.
Consider accessibility and frequency of use in placement decisions.
