Specify pad to die length of modules and IC's

Feature description

KiCad provides the option to specify the pad to die length in it's footprint. To match signals on a PCB the length inside the modules and the IC package should be taken into account. (Better would be providing a time delay per pad but this is currently unsupported by KiCad)

Use cases

Matching of signals like LCD Modules or higher capacity external PSRAM
