Public paths error #74

I'm having "public paths error" here: (moodle-url)/report/security/index.php?detail=core_publicpaths

and am not be able to fix it. The error looks like this:

Any hint or suggestion?

I already tried changing permissions and even adding a .htaccess but didn't worked.
