How do I make this bot respond to bots?

I have this bot running off glitch, and all is well, the bot sounds good and works. The only problem is that if glitch does not see any activity with the bot every 5 minutes, it auto shuts off. To counter this, I set up mee6 to do [prefix] ping every 5 minutes. The only issue is that the bot does not respond. It only responds if it is an actual user sending the message. How can I make it listen to bots?
