Support moving plugins between Editors

When one has a managed editor installed and have plugins in it, it may be possible they want to copy these plugins to a new managed version that is downloaded.

Figure some scheme to support managing plugins between AGS Editors. A simple implementation would be to have a way to copy plugins from one Editor to the other, and perhaps a simple way to list plugins in an Editor dir.
