After #23 was solved, some small issues remain with handling of the multi-letter chains in pymol and ngl.
In pymol it seems that the coloring by chains is not applying correctly. Only first letter seems to be used for the chain color.
In ngl the same issue of coloring by chains seem to happen, but I haven't tested with latest ngl yet.
A good example is 4v9e, it's uploaded to database jose_test in dev server.
I'll assign to milestone 3.0, but let's move it to 3.1 if time is pressing.
