Multiletter chains handling by pymol and ngl #138

After #23 was solved, some small issues remain with handling of the multi-letter chains in pymol and ngl.

  • In pymol it seems that the coloring by chains is not applying correctly. Only first letter seems to be used for the chain color.

  • In ngl the same issue of coloring by chains seem to happen, but I haven't tested with latest ngl yet.

A good example is 4v9e, it's uploaded to database jose_test in dev server.

I'll assign to milestone 3.0, but let's move it to 3.1 if time is pressing.
