Link picker should be shown in a narrower pane

This one drives me nuts!

When creating a CTA, first of all, you need to have a link for the CTA to look like a CTA. But then, to create a link, you have to greatly increase the width of the left pane to be able to click the link-adding button.

And then, after resizing the pane, the element in question disappears from focus thanks to a narrower rendering space on the right.
