Attention probabilities heatmap

I want to ask how do you plot the Figure 5 in your paper, i.e. heatmap of attention probabilities, also shown in your website. The plotting.py in your code is to plot contour as Figure 4 and no code for Figure 5.
And the issue also do not clarify this.
