Actual behavior
Circular hydrogen bond connection between three chains, those hydrogen bonds isn't considered as side chain connection for layout purposes. Chains overlaps each other

Circular hydrogen bond connection between three chains, those hydrogen bonds are considered as side chain connection for layout purposes

3. If there is a circular hydrogen bond connection between three or more chains, those hydrogen bonds should be considered as side chain connection for layout purposes.
