Description: When duplicating a structure with attachment points on the canvas using the Ctrl+Move action, pressing "Undo" does not remove the duplicated structure. This issue disrupts the expected undo functionality and leaves unwanted structures on the canvas.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Ketcher and place a Benzene ring on the canvas.
  2. Add two attachment points by right-click menu on it
  3. Select all structure
  4. Hold Ctrl and drag the structure to duplicate it (Ctrl+Move).
  5. Press "Undo" to reverse the duplication action.
  6. Observe the canvas.

Actual behavior
The duplicated structure remains on the canvas, even after using the "Undo" action.

Expected behavior
The duplicated structure should be completely removed from the canvas after pressing "Undo."
