Steps to Reproduce

Go to Micro
Load from file: 1. Petide D (from library).zip
Press Save button and choose Ket format
Close save dialog
Press Save button and choose Ket format one more time

Actual behavior
Internal IDs got incremented by 2

Expected behavior
Internal IDs remain the same every call
