Steps to Reproduce

Load from file: S-Group (Data type) Field value label font size uses Settings - Font size property value instead of Sub font size one.zip
Go to Settings - General tab
Set Font size to 20 pt
Click on layout Apply

Actual behavior
S-Group (Data type) Field name and value labels got increased

Expected behavior
S-Group (Data type) Field name and value labels remain unchanged and controlled by Sub font size setting
