There is no auto scroll to the selected chat which is duplicated from Organization or Shared with me when Today section is not seen because of bug amount of chats

What happened?

Preparation:

1. Create some big amount of folders/conversations in Today/Pinned/Organization/Shared with me to have vertical scroll on the 'Conversation list' panel. So Today section is hidden if to select a chat located at the top.
2. Be sure to have a chat in Organization and/or in Shared with me section

Steps:

1. Click on the chat which is located at the top of the 'Conversation list' panel in Organization or in Shared with me
2. Click on three dots menu and click on Duplicate
3. Note that the duplicated chat is created, is selected (history on the central part) -> ok, but DIAL doesn't autoscroll to the chat. User has to scroll to find it on the 'Conversation list' panel -> bug
