Service to fetch the user's avatar is missing in the documentation #206

The service to fetch a user's avatar using
https://envirocar.org/api/stable/users/:username/avatar

and appropriate headers is missing in the enviroCar API documentation. Also we can fetch the avatar of a user's friends using
https://envirocar.org/api/stable/users/:username/friends/:friendname/avatar

and relevant headers. This also seems to be missing.Requested to update the documentation.
