initializing error, takes alot of time

when i type devon into my cmd it keeps giving me initializing for 3 hours and still the same.. iam using windows 10 any help ?

I have the same error on Windows 11. Just says "Initializing....." forever.

I'm on Sonoma 14.5 and I have the same issue.
