Add "total wiki views" to wiretap API #9

Pre-MW-1.25 when pulling site statistics via the API you'd get total number of wiki views. With the removal of a hit counter from MW core this is no longer available. Wiretap has taken this role for EMW wikis. Wiretap should provide a similar API.

Is there a way to get the wiretap data from a server side script? .. Such as a SQL command piped to a text file output?
