Conflict with MasonryMainPage - Meeting Minutes block is filled after blocks are arranged #11

This might be an issue for Extension:MasonryMainPage, but I know it worked fine before some change to the Meeting Minutes extension, so I think something was changed or added that is in conflict with the MasonryMainPage extension. It could be that each is using the same hook or that MeetingMinutes is using a later hook to fill the block.
