Wouldn't hurt, but I'm not sure it solves the problem in general. People will find and reuse a block by different means, and when they comment on it, the author should be alerted relatively quickly, not months later when they happen to re-open the block in blockbuilder.

I'm more tempted to systematically add “if you have feedback about this block or want to share your variant, please comment on the <http…something> message board”. Provided I can receive notifications from that board (gist comment notifications are broken isaacs/github#21). Maybe a link to gitter.im would be a better solution.
