Use indexer to show incoming transfers

Until recently we showed incoming balance diffs with the balance watchdog, which was removed now (and the notifications didn't work anyhow from that callback functions since some flutter upgrade). We should re-introduce balance diff notifications again, but this time we can display the actual incoming transfers with the indexer, instead of just showing the diff.
