Web UI for registering a new community spec

New community leaders should need no knowledge of json files and all the nitty gritty of our protocol parameters

Stakeholder

• One of the bootstrappers who wants to initiate a new community
• Anyone who would like to test our protocol on Testnet Gesell

User Story

1. user enters name and currency symbol for a new community
2. user selects one location in a map view to be the bootstrapping gathering location
3. user can upload svg logo
4. user defines basic income and demurrage
5. user enters bootstrapper accounts
6. web service processes svg and uploads it to IPFS
7. web service connects to browser extension to sign extrinsic and send the new community

1. user can add new locations to existing community

Requirements

• all entries are autosaved
• setup can be downloaded as spec json file plus artifacts
