This will make it much easier to quickly run demos on a suitable host.

I did some work on building a Dockerfile for the SGX demo based on Ubuntu 18.04, but am currently blocked by this error:
Unsupported platform - neither systemctl nor initctl is found.
Installing libsgx-enclave-common (necessary for running the demo) fails for this reason. I am looking for suggestions on this.
