[BUG] Automatic refresh/poling of the instances in the Workflow instances page

Description

Automatic polling of workflow instances on the Workflow Instances page is not happening. To view the instances, the page needs to be refreshed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Detailed Steps:
   a. Create a workflow with timer activity and configure it to trigger every 10 seconds.
   b. Publish the workflow.
   c. Navigate to Workflow instances page and observe the workflow instances.
   d. Instances are not poling in the instance page automatically.
   e. To view the instances, it required to be manually refresh.

2. Reproduction Rate: "every time"

Expected Behavior

Automatically load the workflow instances.

Actual Behavior

To view the updated instances, required the workflow instance page to manually refresh.

Environment

• Elsa Package Version: Elsa 3.3
• Operating System: Windows
• Browser and Version: Chrome

Elsa 3.2.2 version it used to automatically poling the workflow instances.
