Parse pub-date date-type="collection"

In reference to issue elifesciences/XML-mapping#83, the JATS parser can support parsing a collection pub date whether the type is pub-type or date-type.

• Create a test scenario for the new type
• Look for the date-type value if no pub-type value is found (similar to the logic for finding pub dates, it checks for multiple types)
