Problem

The last updated time is an impactful data point and it tells about the validity of the data the time at which it is seen. It is currently placed at the bottom of the page making it less visible.

Proposal

We can improve its visibility by moving it to the top of the page just below the site description and above the table making it clearly visible.

Prior Art (Optional)

As a supporting example, consider the Firebase Release Monitoring Dashboard, which is designed for a specific app and may not be directly applicable to our scenario (we are showing multiple repos). However, it demonstrates the concept of displaying the most recent update time at the top right corner of the release dashboard.
