WINDOW SIZING ISSUE

What Happened?

I just used this app as an example, but this happens with most apps. They open in an irregularly sized window. Even after I expand it, the window reverts to the same size after closing the app. Please look into this. Thank you.

Steps to Reproduce

Opened an image and 'Image Viewer" opens in a very small window.

Expected Behavior

Should open as it used to; so that the eye can see the contents.I just used this app as an example, but this happens with most apps. They open in an irregularly sized window. Even after I expand it, the window reverts to the same size after closing the app. Please look into this. Thank you.
