Next or prev keys stop working after cropping or editing

What Happened?

After I click crop I can't move next with my keyboard keys because a selector is fixed on the editing buttons, pressing next starts selecting editing options at the bottom and not moving to next photo

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click crop
2. Crop
3. Go to next photo by pressing right arrow key
4. Doesn't go next

Expected Behavior

When pressing the right arrow should move to next photo not highlighting editing options. Next can highlighted and action it by pressing space
