Failure to decrypt msg

From Android element i have sent this msg, shown in full web app:

but in hydrogen-web it fails to show msg

same for other msgs that I send from phone,
never had an issue like this between android vs full web app, only between android vs hydrogen-web

so keys must be known by the server, but hydrogen-web cannot do anything with it?

Never mind, I had to manually enter the security key in settings.

Shouldn't that be part of login page?
