VoteCount progress indicator doesn't show correct value when using in TimeMachine mode. #247

E.g. in the TimeMachine mode, it shows me 64% on the latest timeslot.. it should have been 95% (or 100% already today) isn't it??

Thanks for reporting. I think this is because we use only data files from 24/03/2019.

@dtinth what was the reason that we didn't include recent data files into the time machine?
