I'm trouble using map view on the laptop computer which using screen resolution at 1440x900 pixels.

Since the map zooming feature is disabled on the desktop (See #144 ), I can't (or hard to precisely click) select the election result from the area that I interest. (Although I can slide from the popup's carousel, it's very slow to select to the area that I want. )

In my opinion, because the site already has filter by the region, maybe we can use the filter to specify the area that the map will be zoomed.

Do you have any idea about this? If I can make PR to add the feature, that'd be appreciated.

Regards,
