ArgumentError: Cannot pack type: org.jruby.RubyTime while trying use tcp output with fluent codec

I am trying to export my logstash log to fluentd forwarder by

output {
 tcp {
    codec => "fluent"
    host => "10.88.51.215"
    port => 24224
  }
}

But I got the error message below:

Time is not supported by MessagePack, you have to convert it to a number or string.
