There have been a number of test failures in CI potentially related to a recent chromium update per this issue here: cypress-io/cypress#27415. Once those are resolved or a workaround is discovered, we should unskip the tests skipped here:

[Security Solution] Unskip some timeline cypress tests (#165161)

## Summary

This PR unskipped some tests that were skipped in
#163398.

Some timeline tests began to fail due to chromium crashed after
upgrading to chrome v115. Further upgrades to chrome v116 did not
resolve the crash. I was able to isolate the crash to be note related
actions within timeline. This PR unskipped tests unrelated to notes and
seem to run fine.

@michaelolo24 @christineweng All of the associated issues have been merged/fixed. Should be fine to close this issue as well!
