SAR doesn't create WADs #134

I'm a beginner to all of this so i know I might've made a mistake along the way, but i can't figure it out.
I've fully installed the latest release of Sar, asio4all and reaper. It was a painstaking journey just getting Sar installed but i ended up cleanly doing it.

The problem is that even though I've followed every step according to multiple tutorials which have the same setup as me, a notification from reaper says "There was an error opening the audio hardware: Error starting ASIO".
I've also noticed that after creating the WADs using the SAR configuration app, they don't appear in the control panel even when reaper or ableton is open, even though reaper can see them. I've been staring at this for over an hour now and i can't figure it out at all. Any help would be very appreciated!

Should also mention that asio4all works in reaper, making it clear that isn't the problem. It stems from the Sar driver. Thanks again!
