Tried to load escalate environment on the farm and I think something is not working

[romanov@ifarm1801 ~]$ source /cvmfs/eic.opensciencegrid.org/packages/setup-env.sh
[romanov@ifarm1801 ~]$ spack env activate escalate
[romanov@ifarm1801 ~]$ spack find
==> Error: Package 'cernlib' not found.

Can you check if environment eic works? I'll look at escalate tomorrow.

I've got another but maybe related error:

[romanov@ifarm1801 ~]$ source /cvmfs/eic.opensciencegrid.org/packages/setup-env.sh
[romanov@ifarm1801 ~]$ spack env activate eic
[romanov@ifarm1801 ~]$ spack find
==> Error: Package 'eic' not found.
[romanov@ifarm1801 ~]$ spack env list
==> 3 environments
    eic  eicroot  escalate
[romanov@ifarm1801 ~]$ spack env status
==> In environment eic
[romanov@ifarm1801 ~]$ spack find

Hm... I still see an error. And I even removed everything from the default .cshrc

[romanov@ifarm1901 ~]$ source /cvmfs/eic.opensciencegrid.org/packages/setup-env.sh

The setup-env.sh script is only for bash. Are you starting a bash shell after loading that tcsh, or how are you sourcing that script?

Yes, there I was loading bash. Nevermind now.

Now there is a new error. There are no g4e and ejana in environment escalate.

I know centos7 doesn't work (I only turned it loose on cvmfs yesterday) due to the old compiler it comes with.

Ok. I was considered to create a new report or not. From a user perspective I wasn't sure that this is not a continuation of the previous one. But the next time I'll create a new report. Would you like me to create a new report on this issue for this case?
