Relevant Package [REQUIRED]

This feature request is for all EdgeX services which uses the go-mod-bootstrap module.

Description [REQUIRED]

Relates to edgexfoundry/go-mod-bootstrap#810.

Define the actual security-proxy-auth service host for the service client in the compose file.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add CLIENTS_SECURITY_PROXY_AUTH_HOST environment variable to core-keeper service and ALL_SERVICES_CLIENTS_SECURITY_PROXY_AUTH_HOST environment variable to core-common-config-bootstrapper service to perform environment overwritten when security is enabled.
